The Supreme Court overturned the 1973 Roe v. Wade 7-2 ruling that established abortion as a constitutional right.

The 5-4 majority opinion overruling Roe V. Wade was written by Justice Samuel Alito and joined by Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch, and Clarence Thomas.
